The Art Therapy Workshop is a guided, hands-on session designed to support emotional wellbeing through creative expression. Led by experienced facilitators, participants are gently guided through art-based exercises that encourage reflection, release, and self-awareness. The workshop focuses on process rather than perfection, creating a safe and welcoming space to explore feelings, reduce stress, and connect through making.
