Creative and Wellness Lab is a program centered on women’s holistic wellbeing, using creativity, mindfulness, and wellness practices to support emotional expression and mental health. The lab creates a safe, nurturing space where women can pause, reflect, and reconnect with themselves through guided creative and therapeutic activities.
Through facilitated sessions led by artists, wellness practitioners, and mental health–aligned professionals, participants engage in art therapy, mindfulness exercises, and wellness-focused practices. Each session encourages self-expression, emotional awareness, and personal reflection, allowing creativity to become a pathway to healing and resilience.
Participants take part in immersive group sessions where process matters more than perfection.
